Flagship executive certification prepares professionals for leadership across UN agencies and international organizations.
The International Institute for Leadership & Public Development (IILPD) has signed a strategic partnership agreement with multiple United Nations regional coordination offices aimed at strengthening institutional leadership and governance capacity across Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
Under the multi-year agreement, IILPD will co-design and deliver capacity-building initiatives, executive workshops, and targeted leadership modules focused on public sector performance, results-based management, and cross-agency cooperation. The collaboration reflects a shared commitment to enhancing governance systems, advancing sustainable development goals (SDGs), and improving operational impact in national and regional contexts.

“This partnership reinforces our commitment to support governments and international institutions with the tools they need to achieve measurable results,” said Dr. Samuel Alex, President & Executive Director of IILPD. “By working with UN offices directly, we can tailor learning experiences that align with local priorities and global frameworks.”
The first joint workshops are scheduled to begin in March 2026, with additional programs planned in collaboration with regional development agencies and civil service institutions.
